A Bathroom Designed to Do More

A generous footprint doesn’t always mean a well-designed space. In this main bathroom, an inefficient layout left valuable square footage underused, giving us the opportunity to completely reimagine how the room could function.

The vision was ambitious: a spacious walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, double vanity, generous storage, and a side-by-side washer and dryer, all within the existing footprint.

Through a thoughtful reconfiguration, every square inch was considered with purpose. The new layout not only accommodates the full wish list, but also creates a dedicated laundry area that can be accessed independently while the bathroom is in use.

The result is a beautifully balanced space where function feels effortless. What was once an underutilized bathroom is now a refined, hardworking retreat, designed to make everyday routines feel just a little more luxurious.
